MAXCOM RULEZZ – That is when you have a main connection!!

To all you internet lovers out there in Karachi….I know that all you guys/girls are thrilled with the rush of 30-35 kb down/sec….So am I, and my answer is Maxcom…Although a little steep in price (I pay 3000 rs. monthly for unlimited 512 sharing bandwidth) but its well worth the moolah! – Especially if you are a flash developer and constantly scowering the net for you new tutorials and coms.

If you have a Maxcom connection my advice to you is to make sure that you have an open connection, rather than a concealed one. To make things clear what i mean to say is have you modem hooked up to the main line and not another internal line from inside your house/apt.

For example i was using my concealed connection for about 8 months now..Usually i dont have a problem with it but with all the rain and shift of weather the modem was syncing/unsyncing – and when you are uploading then i tell you it can get tiring..After a week of strife i called my lineman and he suggested this idea to me…Today he came and MAINED my line….so from 2 1/2 mb – 600 i jumped to 6 mb – 900. Was getting 30 kb down/sec now about 40 kb down/sec and more on the up….
